30-day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We specialize in the transfer of video tapes to DVD. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the transfer we will fix any problem to your satisfaction. Within 30 days, if you are still not satisfied with the quality of our service, we will return your money.

Compatibility Guarantee:

We guarantee our DVD products meet universal standards and specifications. We use DVD-R discs to preserve your movie at an affordable price. DVD-R discs play on 95% of players on the market. To make a DVD like those made for Hollywood movies with millions of copies would require thousands of dollars more in set up and production costs. Therefore, DVD-R discs are the only affordable option with very good compatibility for home movies. Although our DVD-R discs will play on over 95% of players in existence, if a DVD we produce will not play on your DVD player we will try to find an alternative disc which will work with your player. You may check the compatibility player list or request a demo DVD to try in your player.

Safety Guarantee:
For your "peace of mind", we will notify you once we have received your video tapes. We store each customer's tapes separately. Your tapes are monitored periodically during the transfer process. If a tape is in need of repair, to avoid damage we will stop our process and notify you. We strive to take extraordinary care of your tapes. Although such events are highly unlikely, we cannot be responsible for losses during shipment or damage sustained during normal play and navigation of the tapes during the transfer process.
We will keep a digital copy of your video tapes in our studio until we verify you have received the returned tapes. Once your tapes are returned safely, for your privacy all copies of your personal videos are removed from our system.
